At Crown Affair, we want you to love your ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used or unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
